We will use either Royal Mail or APC Couriers to deliver your order.

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our shop is closed on Bank Holidays so orders placed before 5pm on a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery.

Next working day delivery offer excludes out of stock products.

Please note, we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery for any order.

We regret we are unable to offer an export service, or deliver to BFPO addresses.

Pre Order Terms & Conditions

Celtic Vision will only take pre orders against a pre-agreed launch allocation from the supplier. Celtic Vision will stop taking pre orders once the launch allocation has been sold. Celtic Vision will never knowingly oversell the new product.

Celtic Vision will endeavour to deliver on the launch date, however, should the supplier fail to deliver to Celtic Vision on time or part deliver Celtic Vision launch allocation, we will deliver to customers in strict chronological order, which may be after the launch date.

Celtic Vision cannot be held responsible should the supplier delay the release of the new product. Should this happen, Celtic Vision will keep you informed and either deliver on the revised date or offer a refund.
